What we collect
This website does not collect your details. There is no enquiry form and no tracking. You get in touch by calling or emailing us directly. We only hold what you choose to tell us at that point: your name, your contact details and the details of the cover you are asking about.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the security cover you have asked about. We do not use them for marketing without your consent and we do not sell them to anyone. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
If you contact us by phone or email instead, we handle those details in the same way and for the same purpose.
Records from security work
This notice covers the website. Where we carry out security work, our operatives keep incident, refusal and ejection records as part of running a professional and accountable service. Those records are kept separately from this website and are covered by the terms agreed for that work. They are shared only with the venue or client they relate to and with the authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within twelve months. Where it does lead to work, the details are kept with the job record for as long as we need them for the contract and for any legal, insurance or licensing obligation that applies afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
