How we work

Every job starts with a risk assessment. We look at the venue or event, the crowd profile, the licence conditions and the points where things go wrong, then set the numbers, the positions and the flow before doors open. On the night a named supervisor holds command, keeps radio discipline and runs the entry, the floor and the exits to the plan.

Trained beyond the badge

The SIA licence is the starting point, not the finish. Our operatives are trained in the things that decide how a night actually goes.

Accountable on the night

Incidents, refusals and ejections are logged and handed back to you after the shift. If licensing or the police ever ask what happened, you have a clear, contemporaneous record rather than a memory of a busy night. That accountability protects the venue as much as the door team.

Staff supply for firms

Where another firm holds the contract but needs cover, we supply vetted, SIA licensed staff to fill the roster. The right licence for the role, checked before the shift and briefed to your site rules. You keep the client relationship and we make sure the people who turn up are ready to work.
